I can’t recommend Beth highly enough. She has handled several loans for me, both new and refi’s. I feel like she always looks out for my best interests. I think the best example was when my husband and I bought our second home. Beth handled a refinance on our first home. We went from a 30 year to a 15. With the new lower rate our payment was actually lower. She also helped us with the financing on our second house. She was really helpful working with us on that one, things got a little complicated. We kept our first house as a rental. Without proceeds from selling a home we didn’t have 20% down for the new home loan so we could avoid PMI. She helped us figure out the best course of action amongst all available options. She was really helpful and definitely knows what she doing! Highly recommend her!
